Order Processing
We move fast, but not reckless. Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to process before shipping.
During holidays or limited-edition drops, our warehouse can get absolutely buried (pun intended). We appreciate your patience while we dig out.
Note: Expedited shipping upgrades only apply once your order leaves our warehouse — they don’t speed up production.
Shipping Rates & Carriers
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on product weight and destination.
Most orders ship via USPS, though we occasionally use UPS or FedEx depending on size and region.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once shipped, most domestic U.S. orders arrive within 2–7 business days.
International delivery times vary depending on customs and carrier service in your country.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link.
You can also track your package directly through the carrier’s website.
If you don’t see a tracking email, check your spam folder — sometimes our skull logo scares inbox filters.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your package is marked “Delivered” but nowhere to be found:

Check with neighbors or your local post office — sometimes it’s prematurely scanned.

Wait 1–2 business days; it often shows up.

Please note: Dead Bogeys isn’t responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked delivered, but we’ll always do our best to help track them down.
Wrong or Invalid Addresses
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we’ll contact you.
We’ll happily resend it — you’ll just need to cover the new shipping charge.
International Orders
Duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in your purchase price. These are charged by your local customs office and are the buyer’s responsibility.
We can’t predict or control them — we just make really good hats.
Returns and Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery if items are unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
Full details live on our Returns & Exchanges page — but the short version: if it’s our fault, we fix it. If it’s been worn to the 19th hole, we can’t take it back.
