Can I Return or Exchange? 

Yep — as long as you didn’t treat it like a range ball.
You’ve got 30 days from delivery to return or exchange anything that’s unworn, unwashed, and still rocking its tag.
If you took it for a test round or tossed it in the washer, we can’t take it back.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Name and email on the order
  • What you're requesting (return or exchange) 
  • And a photo if there’s a defect or damage — flat surface, tag visible, issue clear.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If it’s over $75, send it with tracking or insurance — we can’t guarantee your post office’s short game.

Can I Cancel My Order? 

Maybe — if we haven’t already sent it to print.
Orders go into production about 24 hours after purchase, so email us fast at golow@deadbogeys.com with:

  • Order number
  • Name and email used
  • Your request

If we can stop it, we will.  If it's already in motion, the train has left the station.

What if My Order is Damaged, Defective, or Wrong? 

That’s on us, and we’ll make it right.

  • Order number
  • Name + email
  • Description of the issue
  • Photo of the damage (flat surface, tag visible - we love evidence) 

We'll get you sorted faster than you can say "double bogey."

How Do I Track My Order?

Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking email. Check your spam if you don’t see it — sometimes our skull logo spooks the filters.
We typically ship via USPS, so you can track straight from their site.

If your package says delivered but you're staring at an empty porch:

  • Check with your neighbors or your local post office
  • Wait a day or two - it's often scanned early
  • Still nothing? Shoot us an email.  We'll help chase it down. 

How Do I Change My Shipping Address?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can update the address.
Email golow@deadbogeys.com ASAP with your:

  • Order number
  • Name + email
  • New address

If it’s already on the way, we’ll help you track it down — or get it re-shipped once it boomerangs back to us.

When Will My Order Ship?

We’re quick, not careless. Orders usually leave the warehouse within 5 business days.
During holidays or limited drops, give us a little grace — we’re probably buried under a mountain of skulls.

Heads-up: Expedited shipping starts after your order is packed, not before.

How Much Is Shipping?

Shipping costs are based on weight and destination — calculated automatically at checkout. No hidden fees, no “mystery handling charges,” just physics and postage.

What If I Messed Up the Address?

If your package comes back because of a wrong or incomplete address, we’ll reach out.
We’ll resend it once you confirm the correct address and cover the new shipping charge.
